I (the “Client”) hereby declare and agree that:   1.  Assumption of risk and Release

I am aware of the inherent risk associated with the Activity and am  willing to take the risk. I hereby release the Company and its assigns and licensees, from and against any and all monetary claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, at law or in equity, arising out of my participation in the Activity as herein provided.

  2.  Covenant not to sue

I promise not to sue the Company should I suffer from any damage, loss, personal injury, or death as a result of the participation in the Activity. information, services, or materials provided by the Company is entirely at the Client’s own risk, for which the Company shall not be liable. It shall be the Client’s own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information provided to the Client meets the Client’s specific requirements.

  3.  The Client is responsible

for their own life choices and  decisions. The Company is not qualified to give legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or any other specialist advice. If you require such advice you should seek the services of a licensed professional.

Liability Waiver / Disclaimer /

Quantum bio resonance Therapy Auckland  as the Company provides astrological ,Tarot card reading and VAASTU consultation to the clients and also the activities ( the activity includes reiki healing, Pranic healing and magnified healing).

1. Astrology, VAASTU and tarot card reading is an  ancient art of providing personalized predictions /analyses and has its limitations. It is not based on science and the predictions / analysis are for reference only. The Client is hereby advised to be well aware that there is no guarantee about the accuracy of  of astrology predictions and tarot card readings and VAASTU recommendations .
2. The Client’s use of any information, services, or materials provided by the the company is entirely at the Client’s own risk, for which the Company shall not be liable. It shall be the client’s own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information provided to the the client meets the client’s specific requirements.

4.  The information and materials provided by the Company may contain inaccuracies or errors and the Company expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors. The client is, hereby, advised to exercise common sense while making any decision.

• Waiver of liability — I waive the right to hold the Company liable for any liability, cost, damages that may arise from my participation in the Activity.
• Indemnification— I will indemnify the Company for any claims, causes of action, damages, judgment, cost, or expenses against the Company which may arise out of my participation in the Activity
• Confirmation – I confirm that the above information is accurate to my best knowledge, and agree that such information will be processed and used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy Statement.

Reiki Healing, Pranic Healing, Magnified Healing, Vaastu and Astrology Services

I understand that  Reiki ,Magnified healing and Pranic healing is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction relaxation and shifting blockages. It can also offer a reading if you prefer to go a bit deeper. I understand that Reiki, Magnified healing and Pranic healing practioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It complements the medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation and shifting blockages empower your body to do this. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. I understand that the session provided by this Certified Practitioner is intended to enhance relaxation, increase communication within the areas of the body, and educate me on possible energetic or emotional blocks that may create pain and disease. It is non-invasive, safe, and objective. It utilizes the body’s own innate intelligence to re-establish communication within itself. It helps to change limiting belief systems which allow you to respond with new potential to your environment. I understand that any form of healing as above is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. I am aware that the reiki and healing practitioner does not diagnose illness or disease nor does the Practitioner prescribe medications.

Privacy Notice

No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any 3rd party without the written consent of the client or parent if the client is under 18.

Charges and Cancellations

We require 48 hours cancellation notice before your scheduled arrival date, otherwise, we will charge a cancellation fee of $50. All appointments must be prepaid at the time of scheduling or cash payment can be arranged on the day. Arriving on time allows you to make the most of the scheduled time.
